People who have not bought chromecast yet they should really think about that. It allows you to beam content from your tablet or phone to a tv. It depends on your needs to a full replacement to smart tv devices. Some people are saying that its is the best time to spent 35$ at right time.
Set Up a Chromecast Using Your Android Phone
1. Connect your chromecast into your TV HDMI port.
2. Connect your chromecast to a USB port in your TV. If there is not a free USB port in your TV or it is in use of something, then use the power adapter to attach device to an outlet.
3. Chromecast should be connected to the same channel which is connected to TV's input channel.
4.Download an app of chromecast from the google play store and follow the instruction as shown.
5. After completing the initial setup, main page will show up.
6. Tap on devices & select "set up" when you see the chromecast appear hit on "set up" again.
7. A code should seem to both smartphone & TV. Make sure both devices are showing the same code.
8. If you wan to change your chromecast name to the something different, you can change after asking. When done select "Set Name."
9. After that you'll be questioned to choose a wi-fi network for your cast. Then select "Set Network." May be your chromecast start download an update don't do anything until completed.
10. After the downloading being completed your chromecast should launch. Now your are ready to enjoy your google chromecast using your android phone.
Compatible application of your smartphone should show a cast icon.It may be youtube, If you are watching a video on youtube, hit the cast button & select a device like TV. now you can enjoy your youtube video on large screen of TV and you can control it with your smartphone.
