Meenakshi Temple is an historic Hindu temple situated in Madurai , Tamil Nadu. This Temple is dedicated to Goddess Parvati , known as Meenakshi (wife of lord Shiva). The temple is attracts 15,000 visitors per day and 25,000 on festival day. It is said that the temple was build by Kumari Kandam in 6th century BC.

Brihadeshwara Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and located in Thanjavur in the Indian State of Tamil Nadu. It is also called Rajarajeshwara Temple and Rajarajeswaram Temple. The temple is a part of UNESCO World heritage site. It is built by granite only.
