15 August Speech in School :-
Good morning respected teachers, parents and my fellows.
We are aware with the reason why we are here today. Today! we are celebrating our 70th Independence Day. It's been 70 years of our Independence. As you all know that we got Independence on 15th August, 1947. That day was the historical day for the world and for all the Indians because on that day we got our freedom. We were the free people after that day. We could do what ever we want. All the Britishers left our country and went to their own land. That day will be remembered till the end of the world.
There were too many people who helped India to become a democratic country. Some of them was Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru. Lala Laajpat Rai, Bhagat Singh, Raaj Guru, Subhas Chandra Bose, Vallabhbhai Patel, Sukhdev and DR. Babasaheb Ambedkar. These are few names of our freedom fighters. But these are not only who fought for our nation, there were thousands of people who fought and died for their country. Most of them were killed by Britishers because they were fighting for the freedom.
After the Independence Day, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru became the first Prime Minister of India. He hoisted our national flag for the first time at Red Fort in New Delhi. Since then we are celebrating the festival like that. Every year our prime minister hoist the flag of our nation. This year our prime minister Shri Narendra Modi is raising our national flag at Red Fort.
On this special occasion I am feeling proud talking about our great country and it's heroes. Today we should take an oath that we will live together till the end and won't let anyone rule our nation. We will fight for the wrong and will support the right.
Jai Hind, Jai Bharat.

Independence Day Speech in School :-
First of all, a very very Happy Independence day to our honorable chief guest, respected teachers, parents and students.
Today is the 70th Independence Day and that's why we are here. On this day we got freedom from the Britishers who ruled over us for a very long time. There are lots of efforts of so many Indians in the Independence of our country. We salute the freedom fighters who fought for our nation till death. This is the fruit of their efforts that today we are living in a largest democratic country.
After the Independence we faced so many difficulties, we suffered a lot but every time we Indians faced the problems with unity and courage. That's why we are considered as a developing power on the world. We have so many powerful weapons and missiles that save our nation from the other countries' attacks. We are developing with a very great speed. We have made our mark across the world. Some countries have moon on their flags but our flag is on moon. This is not a common thing at all. It is the matter of pride and honor. I salute the Indian people who work hard for the development of our country.
There are lots of freedom fighters who helped our nation to become a free and democratic country. Most of them died in the battle against the Britishers. But they fought till their last breathe. Some of them hanged up because they were against the British Rule and broke the rules. That's why they were arrested and hanged till death. But their sacrifice did not go waste at all. At last we won and on 15th August we created history. We were independent till this date. After that day we are working day and night for our country.
We should not forget the sacrifices of those heroes. We should too help our nation by giving our best to it. It's not necessary that we should be in army or police to serve our country. We can participate by doing our moral duties. It effects a lot on our growth. We must take an oath on this special day that we will do our best for our nation. We will be together till the end. Since we are famous for this. We are known for our unity and culture. Our culture is thousand years old. It is the oldest culture known on the planet. By this you can imagine how lucky we are living in this country. When ever the name of our nation called anywhere in the world, for the right reason, everyone look at us with the pride eyes. They too know that how great this country is. If you search about the past of our country you will find more reason to proud on yourself called being Indian.
In the end I can say that I really proud on myself being called an Indian. I am a part of a Great country that helped everyone through the years.
Jai Hind, Jai Bharat !!
