The Process of selection is simple.
Between 18 to 35 of aged people were selected from the applications . These selected applicants can sit for the written exam. The candidate who will qualify the written examination they will be called for the interview for the final selection. Candidate age is considered as 18 year to 35 year for the written examination. The selection is based on written examination and interview in other words the candidates who will crack the written examination will be called for the personal interview and the personal interview  will decide who will get thi post in the Schools of Tamil Nadu.
