IFS Result - UPSC IFS Indian Forest Service Preliminary Exam Result 2016

Candidates are waiting for UPSC IFS Exam Result 2016. As you all know that Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) officially announced the notification on 27th April, 2016. Indian Forest Service Exam Result 2016 :- 

Total number of Vacancies for IFS is 110 (Approximately). There is also the age limit here. The candidate must be between 21 to 32 as on 1st August 2016. So candidates who gave this exam must have been born not earlier than 2nd August, 1984 and not later than 1st August, 1995. IFS Preliminary Result will decide who is going for the personal interview. This exam is the 1st part for the selection, another part is the IFS Main Exam and Interview. Those who will get the job in the end are the one who would passed all the exams. This exam consist of objective type questions and the Main Exam consists written and Interview. Its the first stage of their work, there is another stage that is the Main Exam.

There is another thing that was noticed during the fee process that the person who was paying the fee by cash had to pay it by 26th May, 2016 and the person who paid it online for those the last date was 27th May,2016. So you can see the difference between online payment and offline payment method. But mostly people paid the fee using online facility, as they can do it from their home, but those who had not much knowledge about the online facility or online banking paid the fee in the branches of State Bank of India.

As you all know that it's just a screening mechanism for selection of candidates for IFS Main Exam and you will know very soon that who is going for the Main Exam aftet the declaration of the result. Graduation/Bachelor's degree was must for the candidates who gave the exam. There was some other requirements by UPSC for this exam. There is another main point for this exam and that is there is not unlimited attempts to apply for the candidates who belongs to general caste. Only SC category people has unlimited attempts to apply for IFS Exam, General category people can apply six times only and the candidate who belongs to OBC can apply for IFS nine times.
