The windows 10 action center shows and logs various types of notifications, while providing different one click access feature with the quick action buttons. If you want to use action buttons, you can hide them using a registry hack.
Standard warning: Registry editor is a powerful tool after misusing it can render your system unstable and even ineffective. This a simple trick and as long as you stick to instructions, You should not have any problems. That said, if you have never worked with it before, and definitely back up the registry before making the changes in the computer.
Note:- You can you the search feature in windows to find "regedit" and run it from the search result list.
If the user account control dialog box displays click yes to continue.
Note:- You may not see this dialog box, depending on your settings of user account control.
On the left side of the registry editor tool window, negative to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shell\ActionCenter\Quick Actions
On the right side of the tool window, you will see the pinned quick action slot count value. Notice the 4 in brackets appears under the data column. That is the default number of buttons which appears in quick actions. If you want to change the value, double click on the pinned quick action slot count value.
The edit DWORD 32-bit value dialog box displays. If you want to hide the quick action buttons, type a "0" in the "value data" edit box and click "ok."
Note:- You can also enter 1,2,3 in the "value data" edit box to show that number of quick action buttons. Enter 4 to go back to the default value.
Select exit from the file menu to close the registry editor.
If you wan to take effect for change, you must either log out of your account and then log back in, or exit and restart explorer.exe.

There are the tricks to hide all the four buttons of the quick action or show one, two and three or the default four buttons. All five tricks are included in the following ZIP file. Double click on the one you want to use and click through the prompts. Open Run Dialog Box
Log in to windows as the user for whom you want to hide the quick action buttons. Now open the registry editor by pressing windows+R on the keyboard to open the RUN dialog box.
