Open a charms bar, just click on the settings after that click on the PC info. This will open system panel. In the system panel, you will be able to see what type of processor you have, how much installed memory (RAM) you have and what type of system you have? At the top of the screen, you will also see which version
of windows you are running in your system. You'll see your computer's name at the bottom of the screen.
You can also access the system panel by opening the control panel(Charms bar => Settings => Control Panel) and clicking system.
The device manager has list of your all devices including hard drives, input devices and graphics cards. To find your graphic card, click display adapters. There you'll see all your graphics cards you have installed in your system, including with motherboard's integrated graphics card. If you want to see more details about your graphics card, right click on it, clcik properties and then click the details tab.
