Netflix doesn't give permission to download videos so you can watch them offline. It is possible to download videos from the Netflix video to watch them offline on any device including ipad and android.
There is no official way to download videos on netflix. One thing you can do is watch the film or tv show your want to watch offline and capture a screenshot.
