How to Boot into Safe Mode in Windows 10

Most of the users have problem in their PC. You might see sometimes your PC suddenly stop working and a blue screen with some coding appeared. Safe mode and the troubleshooting mode that can help you isolate problems. Windows safe mode disable unnecessary applications and drivers at startup, so you can determine it's a basic setting or driver that is causing issues.

1. In the Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview Build 10166, booting into safe mode is extremely simple and you have no need to open command prompt to do it. Here's how
2. Open the settings menu and go to Update and security => Recovery => Advanced Startup. Clicking on advanced startup will restart your PC in recovery mode.
3. You'll see three option options in a light blue screen. These options are  continue, troubleshoot and turn off your PC. You are now in recovery mode of windows. Now click on troubleshoot to see advanced options.
4. In the troubleshoot menu, click advanced options. The advanced menu options will give you several options: system restore, system image recovery, startup repair, command prompt, startup settings and go back to the previous build. Click on the startup setting to change windows startup behaviour.
In the startup settings menu, click the restart button to restart your PC. Your PC will now restart.
5. You'll see a light blue screen with PC starts up with startup settings. You can choose an option using your keyboard number keys and function keys. To start up in safe mode, press 4 or F4. If you want to starts up in safe mode with networking press 5 or F5. If you want to starts up in safe mode with the command prompt, press 6 or F6.
