7. In 2012 , in Madhya Pradesh Pre Medical Test the roll number of 700 candidates were changed by a gang so as to ensure success in the competitive examination.

Dr. Vinod Bhandari :- Dr. Vinod Bhandari was arrested for the illegal helping candidate for the admission in medical courses and recruitment of jobs through Vyapam Officers.
Laxmikant Sharma :- He was the Ex Education Minister of Madhya Pradesh. He was arrested for the illegal recruitment of teachers in government jobs.
O.P Shukla :- O.P Shukla was caught for the getting bribes from the candidates. He took 8.5 million rupees for clearing the medical entrance examination.
Pankaj Trivedi :- He was the examination controller in Vyapam. He was arrested in September 2013 and he was currently in custody for the Vyapam Scam.
Sudhir Sharma :- He is the main accused in the Madhya Pradesh Vyapam Scam. He was accused in the constable and sub inspector recruitment.
CK Mishra :- CK Mishra was working for Santosh Gupta , Sanjiv Shilpkar and Dr. Sagar. In 2009 Dr. Sagar arranged a list of 20 candidates these candidate seats were one behind the 50,000 per roll number was paid to him. He received 1 million rupees for this work. He received 2 million in 2010 and 3 million in 2012.
Nitin Mahendra and Ajay Sen :- Nitin Mahendra was the Principle System Analyst and Ajay Sen was the Senior System Analyst. These two officers stored the date in 25 other computers at Vyapam. They used this data for the allotted exam centers and examination roll number as per their wish.
Dr. Jagdish Sagar :- Dr. Jagdish Sagar tells allotted roll number to the candidate and helps in sitting plan for copying exam from the another candidate.
Animesh Akash Singh :- He admitted four candidate in medical course and received commission.
Jitender Malviya :- He was the the student of MBBS in MGM College Indore. He got admitted one candidate in Medical course through Dr. Sanjeev Shilpakar.
Mohit Chaudhary :- He was arrested with his whole gang for helping the students in examination by the paper cheating material and bluetooth device.
Vandana Dwivedi :- She was the member of Bhartiya Janata Party. On September 2011 , She was arrested for her involvement in Vyapam Scam.

10. Supreme Court transferred investigation of the case to CBI which will collect every information about the scam and also probe all the deaths.
