The most easy method to connect your printer to the google cloud print. After connecting to the cloud, you can print your documents from wherever you want like coffee shop, baseball park etc, just sign in to google account.

Your computer & printer should be on the same network. Go to Google Chrome > go to Settings > Show Advanced Settings > Google Cloud Print. Then click Manage.

Google Chrome browser can access google cloud print from your desktop. Look for a printer under new devices, is attached to the same network. Click on printer to connect with your google account.

Start Printing Through Google Cloud Print

Now your are ready to print from your android smartphone & tablet. I used Gm@il. Tap on the overflow three dots button after that select print.

Then, tap save as PDF file and you'll see a printers list menu. Choose the one you want to print with.

Once your print connected to the google cloud print, Its ready for all type of printing from anywhere. When you tap on print icon the should start its work. Some printers comes with their own printing apps like HP e-Print.
